NICKELODEON / KAPPA MIKEY - 3D Environments and Props
It should be noted here, that in most cases, the 3D art was output as vector images with outlines, base colors, and base lighting and shadows only. Painters had the job of adding real detail. They were great painters. This was not always the case though, and in later episodes, we were outputting entirely rendered backgrounds, using Mental Ray. .
For the Animated Television Series Kappa Mikey / Animation Collective / NYC, I worked with another artist, using Maya, to model Gizillions of Sets and Props for the 52 episodes of the show, over 2 seasons.

Props for the show Kappa Mikey remained in their vector rendered form, where they were used directly in flash by the 2D animators, or composited with 3D backgrounds when used in moving shots.
